SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Areas & Timelines We deliver to all municipalities within the State of Qatar. To ensure the best service, our delivery speeds vary based on your location:

• Zone 1: Doha & Nearby Areas (Within 30km)

  • Service: Same-Day Delivery

  • Condition: Valid for orders placed before 4:00 PM. (Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next business day).

  • Includes: Doha, Al Rayyan, Dafna, Al Wakra and immediate suburbs.

• Zone 2: Remote Areas

  • Service: Standard Delivery

  • Timeline: Within 5 Days of order confirmation.

  • Includes: Al Khor, Al Shamal, Dukhan, Mesaieed, and other areas beyond 30km.

• Delivery Hours (Ramadan): Our drivers operate between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday and 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM Friday

Shipping Rates Our shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location:

• Orders over QAR 35:

  • Within 15km radius of Store: FREE

  • Outside 15km radius: Standard delivery fee applies (e.g., QAR 10 - QAR 20 depending on area).

• Orders under QAR 35:

  • A flat delivery fee of QAR 10 applies to all orders.

(Note: The exact delivery fee and total cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.)

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a notification via email or WhatsApp.

• To track your order status manually, please contact us on WhatsApp: 66043078 with your Order Number.

Store Pickup Prefer to collect it yourself? You can pick up your order from our store to save on shipping:

• Location: Salwa Road, Ain Khaled, Doha, Qatar

• Pickup Hours (Ramadan):

  • Saturday - Thursday: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM

  • Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" notification before visiting to ensure your items are ready.

Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, inform the driver immediately or contact us within 24 hours at info@dohansqatar.com.
