    We deliver to all areas of Qatar, with same day delivery within 20 km of our store.

    Yes. We carry a range of small home appliances including air fryers, electric kettles, air coolers, and garment steamers — all available with same day delivery.
  • What hair styling tool brands do you carry?
    We stock professional brands including BaByliss, Wahl, Moser, and Eurostil, covering hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, hot air brushes, and hair clippers.
  • Which TV remote brands are compatible with your remotes?

Delivery

  • How long does delivery take?
    Same day delivery within 20 km of our store. Other areas of Qatar: 1–5 days.
  • Are there delivery charges?
    Free delivery on orders above QAR 25 within 20 km of our store. For smaller orders or longer distances, delivery costs QAR 5–40 depending on distance.
  • Do you offer a pickup option?
    Yes. You can collect your order from our store in Ain Khaled, Salwa Road, Doha.
    Pickup hours: Saturday to Thursday: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM | Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash or card on delivery, payment link, bank transfer, Fawran and Ooredoo Money.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Yes. COD is available for all orders across Qatar.
  • Do you accept card payment on delivery?
    Yes. You can pay by card when your order is delivered.

Orders & Returns

  • How do I place an order?
    You can order through our website www.dohansqatar.com, or contact us via Landline 41420444 or WhatsApp at 71420444.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Do you offer returns and exchanges?
    Yes. You can return or exchange items within 14 business days of receiving them. Refunds or replacements are provided for damaged or incorrect items.
