Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We offer same-day delivery and delivery within 24 hours on business days for most orders across Qatar.
Are there delivery charges?
Delivery charges apply. Free delivery is available for orders above QAR 35 within a 15km radius from our store.
Do you offer a pickup option?
Yes. You can collect your order from our store in Ain Khaled, Salwa Road, Doha.
Pickup hours: Saturday to Thursday: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM | Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Card on Delivery, Link Payment, and Card Payment online.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available for all orders across Qatar.
Do you accept card payment on delivery?
Yes. You can pay by card when your order is delivered.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase. Refunds or replacements are provided for damaged or incorrect items.
