CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

1. Policy Overview Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all customers within Qatar. This service allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery.

2. Order Confirmation

• Please ensure your Phone Number and Address are 100% correct at checkout.
• Our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your location and order details before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be delayed.

3. Payment Requirements

• Payment Method: Payment must be made in Cash (QAR) only.
• Exact Change: We kindly request that you prepare the exact amount to speed up the delivery process.

• No Card Machines: Unless confirmed otherwise, our standard delivery drivers may not carry card machines. If you wish to pay by card, please use the online payment option or check with us via WhatsApp beforehand.

4. Modification & Cancellation To maintain fast delivery speeds, we process orders quickly:

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

• After Dispatch: If the order has already left our warehouse ("Shipped" status), it cannot be cancelled. You may handle it as a Return in accordance with our [Refund Policy].

5. Delivery Timelines We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible:

• Doha & Nearby (Zone 1): Typically delivered within 24 hours (Same-Day delivery available for orders before 7:00 PM).

• Remote Areas (Zone 2): Please allow up to 5 days for delivery to areas such as Al Khor, Al Shamal, and Dukhan.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 12-24 hours. (Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays).

6. Refusal of Delivery We are committed to providing a convenient COD service. However, repeated refusal to accept valid COD orders at the door may result in the suspension of the COD option for your future orders.
