The merchandise shipped must be explicitly ordered by the addressee.

The amount will be collected by the delivery person. Please ensure that you have entered the correct address and phone number. This is the most important information because it will be used for delivery.

After order is placed, customers may cancel it after ten minutes and up to 6 hours after the order has been placed.

Please note if the system says ''Failure to cancel the order'', this indicated that the order is already packed and shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

3-Order Processing:

It normally takes 12 hours for us to process your order. Please note this does not include holidays and weekends. If an item is not available customers may choose another product of equal price for replacement.

4-Shipment:

We will provide delivery within 24 hours.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Special cases causing delay may occur. We will do our best to ship your order ASAP.

Customers must pay for the order on delivery arrival. Please prepare cash in advance and keep your phone available for a smooth transaction.

You have to follow and pay when your parcel arrives.

We will deliver the purchased products to the delivery address specified when the order was completed.
